WWW Wednesday: February 26th, 2020

Hello, everyone! How’s your reading coming along?
It’s time for WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam@Taking on a World of Words.

To participate, just answer the three questions below:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Now on to this week’s 3Ws …

Murder Makes Scents

I am currently reading Murder Makes Scents by Christin Brecher.
This is the second book in the series and my first book from the author. I must admit I initially had an impression some dialogues didn’t flow naturally and felt a bit disjointed (maybe due to the fact I am not familiar with her writing style?), but as I went deeper into the book, I started to harbor a very positive opinion on this one. I am not being spoilery or anything, but let me tell you; the plot is rather WILD! (Not that I’m complaining!)
I am around 60% into the book right now and I am so intrigued to see how the story eventually plays out.

Books finished

Since my last update, I finished those three books.
Right after finishing Unborn by Rachel McLean, I picked up B&Bers Behaving Madly at a Devon Seaside Guesthouse which I got for a blog tour but failed to read in time.
However, on second thought, I decided to pick up the first book in the series ‘Bedlam & Breakfast at a Devon Seaside Guesthouse’ first. I ended up reading those two book over the weekend, and much to my delight, I enjoyed them both quite a lot.

Reviews for Sharley Scott books will be coming shortly!

Once I finish my currently reads, I am planning to read these three books.
First I am going to pick up A Springtime to Remember by Lucy Coleman and then moving on to West of Sin which I got from the author.
Lastly, I will move on to Cherry Slice by Jennifer Stone (what an eye-catching cover, isn’t it?) which I was auto-approved by the publisher.
As I tend to get bored easily if I keep reading back to back from the same genre, I tried to diversify the genres to stretch my attention span. Wish me luck!

That’s it for today.
What are the books that you’re currently reading?
Have you finished any books recently?
What books are you planning to read next?
Comment below and let me know!

Thank you so much for dropping by as always and I’ll see you all in my next post! 🙂
