WWW Wednesday: July 19th, 2017

Hello, friends! It’s time for another WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam@Taking on a World of Words.
To participate, just answer the three questions below and link back to her or put the link to your post in the comment section of her blog so that others can look at your answers!

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m still reading these two books. Well, in fact, I picked up Me Before You, two days ago and I’m on page 200, halfway through the book right now. As I find I probably can fly through this book much faster than The Pillars of the Earth, I think I’ll shift the focus on this book with a view to finishing this in the next couple of days so that I can give you my thoughts on this by this weekend.

I’m really liking both books so far, they are both emotionally gripping, captivating and especially, Me Before You is very thought-provoking. Although I’m only 50% into the book right now, it’s already made me think a lot of things that have slipped my mind which I really appreciate. I wonder how the story unfolds from here, I cannot wait to see how I feel like about it when I’ve finished this book.

Now onto the next W!

Unfortunately, there’s not a single book that I finished recently. It’s actually quite frustrating, but being a slow reader, it can’t be helped (Ughhhhh)  😦

Let’s move on to the last question.

Girl in Snow by Danya Kukafka

I recently signed up for NetGalley and this is the first book that I was approved by the publisher! As my requests for some other books were declined due to me living in Japan, I was so surprised to find an incoming message saying that my request was granted. I was literally OVER THE MOON.

Once I’ve finished Me Before You, I’m definitely going to start reading this. I am so excited! 😀

That’s it for today.
What are the books that you’re currently reading?
Have you finished any books recently? What books are you planning to read next?
Let me know in the comments below so that we can have some fun chatting about books!

Thank you so much for reading as always and I’ll see you all in my next post! 😉
